Habit 1: Drink plenty of H2O.
Water is especially important for hydration, inside and outside the body. It is an essential component for good skin.
Habit 2: Eat Well.
Have you ever heard, "You are what you eat?" Those with flawless skin stay away from fried foods, limit red meat intake as well as alcohol and avoid sugar. Make sure you eat plenty of greens.
Habit 3: Exercise.
Make sure to exercise at least three times a week. Exercise isn't only beneficial to skin and physical body but for your overall health.
Habit 4: Wash your face daily.
Wash your face at least twice a day. Make sure you wash in the morning and at night. Never go to bed with makeup on. Use Vita-Clear Cleanser.
Habit 5: Use Toner.
Toner is necessary to even out your skins PH and remove excess dirt and oil.

Habit 6: Sunscreen.
Big hats, long sleeves and sunscreen protect you from harmful sun exposure. Make sure you re-apply sunscreen regularly especially if you are outdoors for long periods of time.
Habit 7: Don't wear to much makeup.
Too much makeup can clog your pores, try and limit the amount you use.
